ClinicsAdmin is an Arabic-first clinic management system that runs in the browser with no installation, and gives every clinic its own isolated database.
How much does clinic management software cost?
Pricing is in Egyptian pounds and depends on the plan, the number of users and the patient limit. A free trial starts without a credit card. Current pricing is on the plans page and in the open plan data at /api/plans.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Registering creates a new clinic with a free trial period and its own subdomain such as clinic.clinicsadmin.com that you can start using immediately.
Does it fit my medical specialty?
The system supports many specialties, each with screens and reports tailored to it: dentistry, dermatology, obstetrics, paediatrics, orthopaedics, physiotherapy, nutrition, internal medicine and more. Pick yours on the specialties page to see its features.
Does it support Arabic?
Yes. The interface is fully Arabic and right-to-left, switchable to English at any time. Prescriptions, reports and invoices print in Arabic.
Where is patient data stored and is it safe?
Every clinic gets a database fully separated from every other clinic; no patient data is shared between clinics. Access is protected per user account with separate permissions for doctors and receptionists.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The system is cloud based and runs in any browser on desktop, mobile or tablet. It needs no in-clinic server and no manual updates.
Can it handle multiple doctors or branches?
Yes. A clinic can add multiple users depending on its plan, link appointments and patients to individual doctors, and pull separate reports per doctor.
How do payment and subscription work?
Subscriptions are billed in EGP by bank transfer: choose a plan, upload the transfer receipt, and support activates the subscription after review.
Can I migrate patient data from another system?
Yes. The system imports patient data from prepared files, and the support team follows the import through to make sure nothing is missing.
